SpectralAnalysis
SpectralAnalysis is analysis software for spectral imaging data, with a particular focus on mass spectrometry imaging data. SpectralAnalysis provides functionality for data visualisation, preprocessing, univariate statistics and multivariate analysis.
If downloading the source, please be aware that the latest version of MOOGL must also be downloaded and included in the SpectralAnalysis\src\gui\MOOGL folder.
